Why?

  • I chose my course because I felt it had the most diversity and it will be one of the better options that will prepare me for the next working stage of life. As for why I chose Ateneo? To be honest I’m not 100% sure. Ever since I was a child, I wanted to study in Taft, this all changed in Grade 10 for some odd reason. I guess I felt myself fitting in a new environment better after being “green” my whole life. (context I studied in La Salle Zobel from Grade 1–12)

How?

  • My study habits are fast paced. A “see it, do it” sort of attitude if you will. While yes this is applicable in the college sense, but it also puts unwanted stress of my shoulders despite there being no need for it. Especially in the online learning age where modules are posted at once, this puts the stress of me thinking that I am falling behind; thus I need to address this problem and adapt.

  • My hobbies are the not so special kind; that of watching videos, playing video games, playing guitar, and etc. I guess how I can use these to develop further is to stimulate my brain in order to be prepared for each new discussion.

What?

  • To make my college experience fruitful I would need to make the most out of each opportunity presented. Whether it be the many orgs that will help me develop and build connections, the education this prestigious school provides, or the possible lifelong friends I can meet along the way.

  • Considering the freshman year is one of the lightest years in college academics wise, I would need to make the most out of the spare time in doing org activities, making friends, or even trying to get used to the Atenean Culture in general.
